What better time to spin off those holiday calories?

Now, time to cleanse a bit from all that holiday goodness! I love spin classes! I took them for almost 2 years. After awhile, I thought I’d try to save some money by buying my own spin bike. The Peloton bike was very tempting, but at around $2,000 (maybe more?!) plus paying a monthly subscription, I thought maybe going back to the classes seemed more reasonable. Make your own spin class for peanuts!! I bought this spin bike for under $200 almost 2 years ago, slapped my iPad on it and played a spin class on you tube for free! Back to spinning I went! I don’t see any difference between this or using a Peloton… The Peloton looks much prettier, I’ll give it that!

There’s also an app that looks as if you are in a video game. There are different sceneries to choose from! There is a free scenery, but, if your up for spicing things up a bit, for only $3 a month you can unlock them all! I just started using it and I absolutely love it! It’s not compatible with my iPad, so I have to use my phone, which works just as well…

Whichever one you choose to use, they all tell you your resistance, sit, stand.. It’s something I loved to take at the gym and have found a fun way to do it at home. Do I do it everyday?! Of course not! But I push myself just enough… Try it out!
